Posts: 3I am able to upload products to my website, but when I click pages and go and click yolo product box to add the product to the list to appear on the gallery/category page of the website, the box doesn't open with the settings. It just opens the box with the cancel and save changes at the bottom and shows that its loading but it never in fact actually loads. If I delete the product the was created, and I go to pages and click the product box, it opens up just fine. I've tried this with multiple products and multiple pages and the same thing is happening. Don't get any error messages when uploading a product. This was all working fine and out of no where just stopped. Any idea how to fix this asap!?

Posts: 3here is a screenshot to show you what I mean when i say the box comes up but just shows its loading and it stays like this and never actually loads unless i delete the product added.

Please try to update the latest version of our theme & plugins on your website.

You still use Sofani version 1.0.1. The latest version is 1.0.3

Posts: 3If I update the theme, will I lose anything that's on my website or will it change the look at all? I'm only asking because I have no expererience with coding and paid someone to make this site so if it's altered, I won't know how to fix it.

Thanks for getting back to us.
You need to backup all customization files before updating our theme & plugins. It will help you don't lose anything.
And there are 2 ways for updating:
1. Manual update
2> Auto update using Envato WordPress Toolkit
