Is it possible to have the "Compare" as a page on the site? Wasn't sure if that could be a page, or maybe a short code?

Hi, I guess I don't see where I access this:
"Footer Block"
I see some footer info in the widgets. I also see "select footer block" in Theme Options but I don't see anywhere to edit "Footer Home 2".
I've attached a screen shot.

So the footer isn't coming from a widget? I see a bunch of different widget options.
Is that footer a page or a post?
