    Hi,

    I described the problem to my hosting provider and he needs more info for example if the layer of protection is from the hosting or wordpress or something else?

    Is it possible to take a screenshot of the error message?

    The problem appeared when the website switched from http to https. Could that be part of the problem?

    Does the theme work with https?

    A note should be included in the Kidzone WordPress Documentation under "Manual Update": Before you can upload the new version in WordPress, the previous theme must be renamed. There cannot be two themes with the same name.
