I want to load the menu called 'Resto menu', because if not the items with custom links do not work.

It is to give you access to the server. If you are not in Spain I have to authorize the entry from the country you are in
It's not exactly what I want, but I'm trying something else and it doesn't work for me. I have selected from the page options on the 'privacy policy' page that loads another menu, both on mobile and on page, but it only loads it on mobile
If in the menu I add a custom link to another section of the same page the menu does not close
