I have also noticed that the Footer block displays properly on all pages, but on any WooCommerce page it is missing the overlay background color.
I figured it out. I was able to add the query string YOLO-CUSTOM-PAGE to the cache settings in wp-rocket plugin and this fixed it. Thank you for the follow-up.

the weirdest thing. I did a search for 'bars' in my files and it didn't find anything and there it is. Thanks for the help Jackie! That worked.
@preetich - I must apologize. I was thinking about a different theme. It's interesting you ask this question here because I am using the same header and fought, and fought to figure out how to get it to replicate that header and could not figure it either.
@preetish - I had this same problem. I assume you want to make the header background transparent? To do this, (if you have not already tried) clear the selection as in, do not select a light or dark option. Leave it blank.
Yes. I am using Ajax Search Pro widget within the off canvas wrapper, but the off-canvas menu icon (the 3 bars at top left) to open the wrapper is being rendered by the theme somewhere and I cannot find it to change it.
