    I still haven't had a reply to say that the theme is now working so please issue me a full refund this evening or I will have to complain to Theme Forest.

    Two of the plug ins wouldn't install so I had to get my friend who works in IT to install them.  Then the next stage was to import the demo, but I don't have the 'Yolo settings' tab to even select 'import demo'.  I got frustrated with this and passed it over to someone on the website Fiverr to finish for me but he couldn't install it either so there is a problem with the template.  I've wasted a lot of time on this so I require immediate action to resolve the situation.
