There's no Cache on the site?

Sorry - I've reactivated the login - so you can get in now - also noticed that the demo import hasn't actually imported most of the graphics.. I don't really want to run it again because I've started making layouts.

But the 'save changes' doesn't seem to work - I've tried changing colours of things - Save Changes - and when I look at the site - they aren't actually changing..
