    Hi there,

    i have sent you the cpanel credentials, plz try loging in from cpanel.

    the FTP is SFTP, try that too.

    There is no ip blocking from the hosting provider.

    Hi again, Happy new Year,

    could you plz help me with that? it is a minor change in the code for you, i do not mind paying you something extra but i need this fixed guys, i have completed the clietns' site and i do not want to use another theme just for that...
