1.  "The only problem is that when opened the same colors as set don't apply in the information segment part. Please kindly add additional codes to to correct that.". Please give us some screenshots about that. We will help you check it soon.

2. You can change the SOLD label to another string as you want with the Loco Translate plugin. Using that plugin to change the Sold string in our theme to another string.

We have tried to import the demo data, but it responds to the 504 gateway timeout issue. Please increase the PHP time limit value to 3000 or 6000. As I see, that value on your setting is 120. That to low to import the demo data.
