That is the off-canvas sidebar, you can add the content to the sidebar via Appearance/ Widgets/ Off Canvas Sidebar: https://prnt.sc/IQkc7BoVBSeA
You also can remove the toggle icon via theme options/ Header/ Header 2 options/ header customize right navigation config: https://prnt.sc/ymdockvawpJq and disable the Canvas menu option.
