Yes, I found the issue from the AMP plugin. That will ignore the mobile style. After deactivating that plugin, everything works fine.

The mobile version can't display look like the desktop version because it needs to responsive and scales the content to fit on the mobile. What is the section or content that doesn't look right?

2. The logo is a part of navigation, it will align the middle with navigation, not the page heading. When you use the transparent header, the page heading will contain the logo and navigation, and it will have space below the logo. https://prnt.sc/BrMw8-HBjE3o

3. To upload your favicon, please go to Appearance/ customize/ site identity/ site icon. That is the default of WordPress and Envato doesn't allow to addition of the site icon in the theme config.

4. For the 404 page, we have checked and fixed that issue on your site.
