    I have checked and fixed the issue 1,3,4. For issue 2, I need permission to manage the plugins for my account. I need to turn on/off the WP Rocket to check that issue.

    To edit the footer block, please go to Elementor/ Settings/ General/ Post Types and check to "All footers" https://prnt.sc/awICC4SqWo0b

    Then you can edit the footer with Elementor.
