    Hi again.

    For the mobile menu on mobile, we have disabled the sticky header mobile. Now you can scroll the mobile menu.

    For the IE browser, we have to check it on the edge browser, it still works fine. Sorry, we don't have an IE browser to help you check it, please record the video about that issue on IE 11, we will help you check it again.

    To add the message on the top bar, you need to add the widget content to Top Bar Left or Top Bar Right. It will display the topbar content on the top menu.
