For the 3rd plugins, we will include the updated version with the theme. Don't worry about that. And we don't see the visibility of the images in the gallery are limited by the number of visits to the web on the document.

Hi Adrien.

Can you give us your site URL? We need to check it on your site first.

For the product masonry, when you enable the All category and the product loading for the first time, example 4. It only loading 4 items for all the product categories, not the 4 items for each category. That is the reason some category doesn't have the product.

You can check the product's tabs demo, http://demo.yolotheme.com/plugins/products_layouts_e/products-tab/ it only loads the products for the first category.

I think the issue from another plugin. Can I switch your theme to the WordPress default theme to check? I can affect your site.

To reduce the space below the page title, please go to theme options/ pages/ page title margin and change the value as you want.

After change that, please clear your site caching.
