    Please go to WPBakery Page Builder/ Role manager / select custom for post type and check to yolo_footer. It will help you edit the footer block with the WPBakery Page builder.

    Yes, please go to theme options/ WooCommerce/ Archive product and enable the "Show Page Shop Content" options: https://prnt.sc/t0gym9

    Then go to edit your shop page and the content as you want, it will show the top of the shop archive page.
