    To change the content for the menu tab, please go to Appearance/ Menu/

    1. If you don't want to use the menu tab, please go to the main menu ( MegaMenu ) and turn off mega menu checkbox option: https://prnt.sc/sna31t

    2. The tab content get the content from widget, please select the menu and change another widget content if you want: https://prnt.sc/sna3v4

    Yes, on the main shop page, this is an archive page, you need to change that page layout, title config via the theme options/ woocommerce/ archive product.

    As I see, for each category, you have created a page with the same slug as the product category.

    To change the page title image, please go to edit the page and select the page title image option via page options.

    Please check it again.

    You can add the title as the revolution slider to the Guide page by adding the static code

    as: <h1 class="guide-title">Guide</h1> and style the title as you want.
