    As I see, you have enabled the parallax effect for the product page title. When you use the parallax effect, it needs a picture with high resolution, for example 1920x600 px.

    Yes, As I see, your site too slow, the issue also about the plugin used on your site. I have installed the WP Super Cache plugin to help you cache your site. You also can use CloudFlare to cache the server.
