Yes, the issue when you enabling the lazy load, I'm not sure about that, it calculates wrong image size. I have added the custom CSS to fix the icon image width.

It will help you get the same config as theme options.

If you still want to use that header for the home page, you can change the phone number, address by going to page options/ page header customize and scroll down, you will see the field input to change the address. https://prnt.sc/qp54zj
