I see. To change the breakpoint of the responsive menu from 991px to 1200px, it needs to overwrite a lot of CSS,  because we use the breakpoint 991px for the responsive. Please consider that.

To change the footer logo, please go to Sofani/ Footer blocks and edit your footer selected and change the logo as you want. We have enabled the WPBakery page builder for Footer block custom post type.

On the small device, we do not use the fixed sidebar menu, it will change the menu to the hamburger menu. That is why you see the different menu style on the mobile and PC.

On the home page, you are using revolution slider full width, it will display full the content on your site. It will display under the sidebar menu.

But for another section, it can't display full content under the sidebar menu. That is why you see the background color for the sidebar when you scrolling down.

Please consider to set transparent for sidebar menu.
