For the header 2, we don't have the option to change the background color for that position. But if you want, yo can use the custom CSS below to change that background color:

header.yolo-main-header.header-2 .yolo-header-nav-above {

   background-color: #yourcolor;
}
}

When you change the color, you need to refresh the site because the browser has a cache with all CSS file on your site. Especial the custom-style.css file renders from theme option:
