Yes, you can remove the (:) symbol at file wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/wc-cart-functions.php line 347 & 352. It is woocommerce base code.

But we can help you use the CSS to hide this symbol

.cart_totals_inner .shipping td {
    visibility: hidden;
}

.cart_totals_inner .shipping td span.amout {
    visibility: visible;
}

Yes, the shortcode just helps you build a single page, this doesn't affect to single product page for each category as you want. We can't find a solution to help you in this case.

You can try with our's another theme http://demo.yolotheme.com/rubino/ It can help you build the product layout - where you can select each layout for each product.

With child category issue, we have checked our theme again but not found that issue. Can you give us your site admin account?

#2. To add more style for slider layout:

1. You need to define the layout in map file wp-content/plugins/yl_products_layouts/includes/addon/yl-product-slider/map/yl_product_slider.php line 82

2. Add the case for style 5 at file wp-content/plugins/yl_products_layouts/includes/addon/yl-product-slider/yl_product_slider.php line 252

3. Add the style_5.php file in template folder wp-content/plugins/yl_products_layouts/includes/addon/yl-product-slider/template/

That is all you need to create new style for slider layout, do the same with another style.
