We have checked your site and found the issue with your logo setting not change at the page.
Because we have a custom logo at page options, it will high priority with theme options.
When you change anything at theme options but not change on pages. Please check that page options again. Maybe have setting overwrite theme options config.

And I know, you want to add more filter widget to sidebar position for shop page.
And do you want to use ajax filter?
Our theme doesn't support sidebar ajax filter, it just support filter like page http://demo.yolotheme.com/begreen/shop/

You can turn on off product action via woocommerce setting at theme options now.
We also display Sale badge on sale product. Just have percent badge.

- For Blog: You can go to Theme Options > Page Settings > Archive Page > Sidebar to select sidebar position for blog.
- For the single blog: You can go to Theme Options > Page Settings > Single Blog > Sidebar to select sidebar position for the single blog page.
- For portfolio: We are really sorry, but in this theme, we don't have the option to set the sidebar for the single portfolio page.

I have checked our site and saw you used Media Grid shortcode to display gallery. And I also help you disable title when hovering over the image. It needs a custom visual composer.
Why doesn't you use Yolo Portfolio to display your gallery album? It has all you need for show gallery, album, project showcase, or portfolio.
