Okay, you can try resolution 1920x1000, it fit full screen of PC device. And you should use JPG type for image, or try some compress site online for image as https://tinyjpg.com/.

I have fixed this issue with sale badge, now the grid has the same height.
And with woocommerce product size, you can change this value by go to woocommerce/ setting / products/ display, you should input value to fit with your site. Then regenerate thumbnails again.

2. Your site to many plugins and maybe chat plugin make your site slow down.
3. Your home page gets Instagram feed, it can't cache on browser or server.
4. You can use EWWW Image Optimizer to optimize your image.
