To change the header/ header 3 background color, please go to Theme Options/ Header/ Header 3 options and change the navigation background color as you want. https://prnt.sc/fwK2muVVX-5U
Drag the bottom bar to change the color Rgba color.
After changing the color, you need to clear your browser/ site cache if you have a cache on your site.

You can change that image by your image but keep the same image name.

I have checked and helped you disable the portfolio details link on the archive portfolio page.
The archive portfolio page uses the same layout as the archive post page. You are using the layout from the Elementor Pro for the post archive. So I need to edit this file on the Elementor pro plugin to edit the portfolio link. wp-content/plugins/pro-elements/modules/posts/skins/skin-base.php.
You can back up that file to avoid the loss when updating that plugin.
