We have checked your site and help you fixed some issue on Ipad device by adding some custom CSS to your site. I think you should put "Lead time of 6-7 weeks" to top bar.
And with category product, because you choose shop page style "Ajax Filter" it will display all product with the filter at the top bar. You can choose Woo Default layout.
Check it and let us know if you need something.

I also help you show our shortcode of Sofani theme, check your page again. Because your visual composer have config to hide our shortcode.Check it and feedback us again if you have issue.
