Thank you. I think you should config header at theme option and turn off any custom style on each page if you need one header for all site. And you should use the same size for image, example banner...

To enable visual composer for the footer, please go to visual composer/role manager then select custom at post type and check footer block. It will enable visual composer for footer block.

I have checked your site and I see you missing some config.
When you turn on custom page color, you must choose primary color too. If this config blanks, it will get default form our default value at PHP file. Or you can turn off custom page color at page option.
Now your menu have your color.Check it and feedback us again if need something.
