To change product image, you must install Regenerate Thumbnails plugin fist, then go to woocommerce->setting and product tabs choose the display and enter your product image size.
After do it, go to tools->Regen Thumbnails and regenerate image again.If you still have issue, please feedback us and give us your site. We will help you soon.
