Yes. I have checked our theme, we don't use the function get_inline_script_data(). Sometimes the function from the 3rd plugins, the 3rd plugin isn't compatible with WP or PHP 8.x

The Deprecated message is a warning for some methods that don't exist in the last version of WordPress or PHP.

You should wait for the update from the 3rd plugin.

remove_action( 'woocommerce_single_product_summary','woocommerce_template_single_excerpt', 20);
                remove_action( 'woocommerce_single_product_summary','woocommerce_template_single_add_to_cart', 30);

                add_action( 'woocommerce_single_product_summary','woocommerce_template_single_add_to_cart', 20);
                add_action( 'woocommerce_single_product_summary','woocommerce_template_single_excerpt', 30);

Follow my attached file if you do the wrong.

.site-content-single-product .single-product-info .summary-product-wrap form.cart {
    display: block;
    float: none;
}

If the problem return, you can use that CSS.
