To change the post details background color to black, please use the custom CSS below:

2. For the duplicate post title. The white "underground news" is the menu item, and the second title "underground news" is the breadcrumb of the post. When you click on breadcrumb, it will link to the category archive page.

3. To change the post details URL, please check the permalink config.

I have checked the theme and found the issue when you enable the customize header color option on the page.

I have checked your about-us-2 page, on your page options/ page title/ show/hide page title option, I see your config is show. https://prnt.sc/etEgXCsoWRgn

That is why it doesn't have the same config as the theme option. Now if you want to get the same config as the theme option, please set that config to default. Or you can set hide, it will not affect if the theme option is set to show or hide.
