Sorry, maybe have some mistakes here. We don't provide the Elementor Pro package install in our theme. We are using a free version of the Elementor page builder. With the free version, you still have the website like our demo. Please recheck it.

For the header menu issue, you can reduce the menu item spacing or reduce the logo width. https://prnt.sc/kO_CmNJCPeJg
To reduce the menu item spacing, please go to theme options/ header/ header 3 options ( you are using header 3 ) and reduce the Navigation distance to 5 px, that will help you fix that issue. https://prnt.sc/a-6aOB1ljVt3
