The sidebar widget on the mobile is for the mobile menu. Please go to Appearance/ Menus/ Select the menu, and assign the menu to the mobile location.

If your home page doesn't change the logo when you change the logo in the theme options.
Please go to edit the page and check the page option/ Logo. We have the option on the page to overwrite the option in the theme options.
To change the color of the header navigation, please go to theme options/ Header/ Header x options/ then you will see the option to change "Navigation background color" and "Navigation text color".
