    To edit the footer block, please go to Elementor/ Settings/ General/ Post type and check to Footers option. Then you can edit the footer block with Elementor.

    I think the issue is with your menu config. You forgot to assign the menu to the mobile menu location.

    Please go to Appearance/ Menus/ Select your menu and scroll down, you will see the option Menu Settings.

    Don't forget to check to menu Display Location "Mobile Menu".
