1. I see your new footer with other content for the footer content. Maybe you have fixed the issue with the footer.

2. For the blog archive heading image, please go to Theme Options/ Blog/ and turn off the Inherit page title option, then you will see the option to upload the heading image for the blog. I see it still works fine.

Do you mean the page title? Do you want to change the page title tag from H1 to H4?

Please go to this file: wp-content/themes/yolo-bestruct/templates/page-heading.php line 214 and change the tag H1 to H5 as you want.
