1. The issue from the rotatex dropdown menu animation. I have changed the dropdown animation to another effect to help you fix that issue. Please recheck it.

2. The issue from the site loading time. It takes time to load the font-icon when you load the site. If your network is faster, it will don't show the issue.

Hi.

I have deactivated the cache plugin and changed the theme and plugins folder and now your site doesn't work. I'm afraid the issue is from your WordPress core.

I also enabled the WP_Debug in the wp-config.php file, but it also doesn't work.  Maybe you should remove all the sites and reinstall the blank WordPress site. Then I'll help you install the theme, plugins, and demo data.
