The images of the product categories available in the online store are not displayed on my website.
I manage to add the photographs, but once I save the configuration, the measurement is set to 0 and the images are not displayed, I modify the measurements and save again and the images still do not appear, checking I realize that it is not saved with the measurements that I need, but it is reset to 0 and that must be why these images are not shown and only the text of the corresponding categories appears.
I need help to fix it, I have to finish this site and it's urgent.

I have a problem in the store section of my website that I am creating.
In the store section, when you open it and the categories appear, only the text appears, not the images that I have prepared in each category.
I've found the place to resize so they appeared, but when I make the change and publish, it doesn't save and goes back to the previous state and the images still don't appear.
I am sending an attached screenshot where you can see on the left how the options are and on the right how the menu appears.
I also attach another screenshot where you can see how it appears once the change has been made, but when you leave it is no longer saved like this.
I need help since I have a date to present the web.

Yo tengo un problema en la sección de tienda de mi sitio web que estoy creando.
En la sección de la tienda, al abrirla y aparecer las categorías, solo aparece el texto, no las imágenes que tengo preparadas en cada categoría.
He encontrado el lugar donde cambiar el tamaño para que aparezcan, pero al realizar el cambio y publicar, no se guarda y vuelve a estar en el estado anterior y siguen sin aparecer las imagenes.
Envío un pantallazo adjunto donde puedes ver a la izquierda como se quedan las opciones y a la derecha como aparece el menú.
Adjunto también otro pantallazo donde puedes observar como aparece una vez realizo el cambio, pero al salir ya no está así guardado.
Necesito ayuda ya que tengo una fecha para presentar la web.
