For cart counting also you asked to change the template, with the template page will change but the issue is in the counting. with the change of template counting issue in header will solve?

wishlist still has issue while removing the product from wishlist. we need to hard refresh the page every time. https://prnt.sc/qgPPcCrZIWYh fisrt time product remove from wishlist at that time counting works but when you remove the another product from the wishlist page counting not updating.
