You can try with the following step:
1. Set the right sidebar for Shop Archive page.
2. Add these lines to Custom CSS:
.site-content-archive-product .col-md-9 {
float: right;
}
@media(max-width: 991px){
.site-content-archive-product .col-md-9 {
float: none;
}
}

If you don't use Woocommerce plugin, you go to the header-6.php file (thefoxygardener.com/wp-content/themes/yolo-begreen/templates/header/) and remove this line:
