You need to check two option:
- Theme Options: You find to "Header" and change colour for Background, text.
- If it not changes, you go to "Page Options" -> "Page Header" -> Scroll down and check colour.
Note: The options in "Page Options" will override the options in "Theme Option".

Step 1: You go to ThemeForest account and download again => Reinstall Theme. => Activate Theme.
Note: You should backup your site before updating. Because direct changes in source code will be removed. From this version, the theme and plugin will be updated directly on your site.
Step 2: You go to Dashboard -> Update -> Update Plugin.
