You can update new version 1.1.0.

You remove(or rename: yolo-motor-> yolo-moto-old) old theme and install new theme

Note:

- You should backup data before update new version

- If you haven't used the previous child theme, then the direct changes on your theme will be lost.

(You should save this data if available )

You can import data with plugin WP Ultimate CSV Importer (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-ultimate-csv-importer/), but you need to format data like the attachment.

With problems, you can login the backend -> Page -> Edit Page -> Find and Edit them.

1.  - Edit text: http://prntscr.com/eskf70

- Edit photo: you go to Trainer -> Edit -> Change Featured Image.

- Remove Social: you go to Trainer -> Edit -> Scroll down -> Remove link         social. http://prntscr.com/eskggx

- Remove Height - Weight: you add this line to Custom CSS in Theme Options:
