Menu Font: You go to Theme Options -> Typography -> Menu Font -> Select "Source Sans Pro" font.
If you choose a different font, you need to add the following line in your custom CSS
header.yolo-main-header .yolo-header-wrapper .yolo-main-menu li a{
font-family : " [YOUR FONT] "!important;
}

Your problem has been solved.
Currently, you are using options in "Page Option":
If you only use a Header on your site, you should use the option in "Theme Options"(turn off the option in Page options). This will avoid loading some files overwritten when you customize the "Page Options".

2. You login backend -> Footer Blocks (sidebar menu) -> Footer 1 -> Single Image -> Edit -> Select new Image : http://prntscr.com/edt0pw

I can't login admin your account.
You can change menu, sub menu color (text color, background color) by Theme Option config:
Theme Options-> Header:
- Header Scheme: You can select "Customize" to custom color
- Header Navigation: You can select "Customize" to custom color
Sub Menu: Theme Options -> Styling Options ->Sub-menu Scheme -> Select "Customize" and change color.
After the change, you need to save the option by pressing the button "Save & Generate CSS"
