- You can try to activate the parent Theme and check again.
If the error still exists, you can try to deactivate two plugins above.

To use the Footer Default on all page, you can do the following step:
- You go to Theme Options (General Settings for all page) -> Footer -> Set Footer. http://prntscr.com/jotzw5
- You go to the Frontend and check on each page:
If the footer doesn't change -> you click "Edit Page" (on top bar admin) -> Page Options (Settings for each page) -> Page Footer -> Set "Default" (default will get Footer from Theme Option). http://prntscr.com/jou1aw
