Currently, I can't login your site.
To change the Logo, you need to check the option Logo in "Page Options" and "Theme Options".
- Theme Options: this is the general setting for all page. http://prntscr.com/iqezun
- Page Options: this is the setting for each page. http://prntscr.com/iqf0bc
If you use a logo for all page -> you go to Page Options -> Logo -> remove Logo. Later you go to Theme Options -> Logo & Favicon -> Add logo.

Checkout page - can we remove the 'returning customer' or rename to 'payment details'
Checkout page - the coupon and membership card details are not prominate on the checkout details. Maybe H3 tag and the centre align them. How do we change the text from 'coupon' to 'promo code'. See screenshot.
I have created the folder "woocommerce" folder in "yolo-motor-child" folder and custom the text, you can reload your site and check.
After checkout - when you purchase something the cart doesn't clear and still has the items in there.
I'm not sure this problem. Usually, after you place order completely, the cart will reset.

It seems the plugin "MailChimp for Woocommerce" call not correct the library "jQuery" -> error jQuery.
I have deactivated, you can delete it and reinstall this plugin.
If you use animation, you need to set "Animation Duration" and "Animation Delay" (support IE 10 or higher).

- If you want to change the logo padding for each page: You go to Page Options -> Logo -> enable "Customize Logo Position" -> Set the padding. http://prntscr.com/ipx2qi
- If you want to use the logo padding for all page: You need to disable "Customize Logo Position" in each page, later you go to Theme Options -> Logo -> Set "Logo Padding".
- Remove the white around "Description": I have added the CSS to Custom CSS.
