You go to Theme Options -> Styling Options -> Primary Color -> Set the color ( <--> Hover color).
You should update the plugin "YL Woocommerce Products Layouts Rubino" before set the hover color.

Testimonial: I have a few changed to files: carousel.php, carousel_2.php, carousel_3.php (the "Excerpt length" solved!. You can backup it. (wp-content/plugins/behealth-framework/includes/shortcodes/posttypes/testimonial/templates/)).
Portfolio: - Image: I have removed and re-upload them -> Currently, the image was working normally.

Currently, you just grant rights "read" and don't grant "write" to the folder "wp-content" -> Plugin doesn't update. -> You need to remove the current version, later you download the last new version and reinstall them.
