You can add these lines to Custom CSS (Theme Options) or the style.css file of Child Theme:

You will need to pay attention to the following two options:
- Theme Options: This is general option for all Page
- Page Options: This is the option for each Page. (It is more prioritize options of Theme Options)
You should go to Pages Options:
- Page Header: Turn Off "Set Header for Page"
- Page Footer: Set "Default"
