    Well, an update... I did find something in this "visual composer" plugin.  An option to "Install Graphsign Theme Sections."  A window comes up, says it is "loading sections from server."

    First time I let it load for 10 minutes, nothing.

    Refreshed, tried again, its been 10 minutes - still nothing.
