Hi There,
I hate to start an email off in such a negative way but I am beyond frustrated in lack of assistance I have been receiving from this theme. It has many issues that I have been asking for help on. It seems that once a problem is "fixed" it creates a new problem for me and the functionality of my website is altered. I wish I would have never used this theme because of all of the issues I have had. Pictures stacking, Pictures not displaying properly, footers not displaying properly, visual composer not working, your team disabling paid plugins and the functioning of my site. Now I am getting this weird text box on my home page and I can't get rid of it because of the problems with the visual composer. I have put so much time and lots of money into this website for it to work so poorly. Also it takes an incredibly long time for the filters to load (this is not and internet speed issue). I paid to use this beautiful template and I expect it to work properly and get the help that I need in a timely matter. I have put in many tickets for help and the issues are still not solved. Because of all of these issues I am unable to submit this project to my client and have now missed my deadline because of all of the issues with the Sofani theme. I need help and I need it ASAP. Do you have a phone number of someone I can speak to about all of these issues? I don't care if I have to stay up in the middle of the night to get this correct but I need this website to work properly!

Thank you for feedback us and so sorry for late response.
As you know, your site has too many plugins and that has the conflict with our theme, that make some function not work. We also check but not found the best solution for you.

I think this issue from "WooCommerce Prices By User Role" plugin. I just disable this plugin and your page http://transoceanweb.com/rugs/ with filter also works fine and visual composer also work.
If you don't need this plugin please disable it and check your site again.

Thank you for getting back to me. I do not want a refund. This is a $12,000 website. A refund on your product will not make a difference. How are professionals supposed to use this template if your template doesn't work with paid plugins? That should have been made clear in the beginning before I chose to go with your template. I am so upset that this is working so much time and money have gone in to this. We would have to totally recreate a website from the beginning again and that is unacceptable. I need the visual composer to work. One of the most important. Make sure this works!

I NEED THIS PLUG IN. This is a huge function of my website. Please reinstall the plug in with the theme so it will work again. This is one of the main functions of the website.
I only want prices to show once a customer is logged in. Now when I am logged out I see prices. I have many different price tiers and they should only be showing when a person is logged in. Please update.
Also now all of my pricing is wrong. I have 3 levels of pricing and now they are all showing the same. This is a HUGE part of the site. This function has to work.
I am so upset. All of the features of my website do not work now because of this Sofani template. I need a solution!!!!!!! I am too deep in to this website development to switch themes now. I am sure I am not the first person and I won't be the last person to have these issues that need to be fixed.
Yes. I know this plugin function, but I don't know why it has the issue with visual composer.
Can you give us plugin package via private reply? We will check it on the base theme, visual composer and wool commerce to find this issue.
