can't activate the theme

    Hello,

    Once I've uploaded the Yolo-Rubino.zip file and I hit the activate button, I get this message :

    Fatal error: Can't use method return value in write context in /home11/madamebo/public_html/wp-content/themes/yolo-rubino/framework/core/functions/woocommerce.php on line 1216

    Then the whole wp-admin is crashed. Same error at all levels.
