We have checked your site, it gets the wrong URL for the script
Do you know the site config for that URL?
Please give us an FTP account. We also need to check the source code.
Thanks.

4 years ago #27554Hi rrashdan.
Please check the file permission on the plugins folder. We can't change the file with Filezilla :
/bitnami/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/trusmile-framework/trusmile-framework.php: open for write: permission denied
Error: File transfer failed
Please check the comment on your topic and give us your site info. We will help you check it soon.
Thanks.

4 years ago #27571Hi again.
Please check it again.
Error: /bitnami/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/trusmile-framework/framework/ReduxCore/framework.php: open for write: permission denied
Error: File transfer failed
We still can't change the file with your FTP account. Please check the FTP account and the owner group permission.
Thanks.
