Change or remove href link before lazy load fires

I did not find this question either on the forum or in the documentation.

Sample code

Before loading an image by Lazy Load href, we need an empty one or with our image. Where does it change? Or where in the code can this be edited?

Now:

src="data:image/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns=%22http://www.w3.org/2000/svg%22%20viewBox=%220%200%20607%20470%22%3E%3C/svg%3E"

Need to:

src=""
