What should I do?

You can give us your admin account privately, We will access your website then make the Contact Us page that looks like our demo website.

Thanks for getting back to us.

We have got access to your website then configured again Contact Form form for you.

Now your Contact Us page works fine (looks like our demo).

- For Google Map, it doesn't display because you haven't had Google API Key for map yet. You need to get your Google API Key then add it to Theme Options > General > Google API Key.
